Woollahra Collection

Location

Sydney, Australia

Land

Gadigal

Phase

In Construction

The Woollahra Collection is a mixed development of mid-density, single occupancy and attached dwellings within a complex heritage catchment in Sydney’s Woollahra.

The collection is a collaboration between MHNDU, Phoebe Nicol Interior Architecture, MIM Design, Alexander &CO. and Fortis.

The residential precinct provides for a collection of housing formats, densities and stylist languages, including the repurposing of a heritage cinema and terrace row housing.

Our work studied the ways in which we could explore the Victorian era language of Woollahra in concert with a youthfulness, a careful disruption to the creative status quo.
