apt.Broadway is the adaptive reuse of a historic eight storey warehouse within Ultimo’s Mountain Street Conservation Area, reimagined as an urban living development.
Originally built in 1910, the former warehouse will retain its industrial character and be transformed into 160 apartments, reception lobby and common areas including ground floor hospitality offerings, atrium co-working space, rooftop terrace and wellness amenity.
The development sets a high sustainability benchmark, operating on 100% renewable energy and achieving an estimated 80% reduction in embodied carbon compared to new construction. The result is a layered and enduring environment that carefully balances heritage fabric with contemporary living, contributing a new chapter to the repurposed building.
