Amie is the practice management fulcrum, overseeing client journey and project delivery across the portfolio.
She finds her excellence in the cultivation of the practice’s human talent and the planning of projects as a strategic alliance between the needs of our clients and the needs of our team. She advocates for organisational sustainability within the commercial demands of practice life, holding firm her values of shared enrolment and seeking to meet our individual motivations and her own; compassionately and empathically.

Tess has led marketing teams for more than three decades with a specific focus in the lifestyle space; luxury goods, fashion, beauty, hospitality, food and drink and for the last ten years in architecture and interior design within our Practice.
She is responsible for strategising and curating the brand of Alexander &CO. with a focus on the production of our project photography, public relations, award submissions, social media and industry relationships. Tess sits within our Practice Leadership team as one of the founding visionaries of the Practice’s purpose and helps bring the ‘family’ to this family business.

We are a leadership culture, a culture of enrolment and purpose.
Alexander House is our way of practicing our craft. A courageous space to foster leadership, creativity and learning. Designed as a safe space for reflection, experimentation and to nurture the creative spirit.
We are co-located within Alexander House and The A&CO. Workshop, a Sydney based urban campus and working architectural prototype which seeks to demonstrate our creative vision and test our ecological ambition within its built environment.
We recognise time and energy as invaluable resources and we foster a collaborative enrolment. We seek to grow knowledge and we celebrate transparent leadership that learns from failures. We consider our social and ecological responsibilities to be central within the work we do and to our governance structure as a B Corp.
We utilise a proprietary onboarding and employee feedback system, leadership coaching and human resource support to scaffold technical and leadership development. We foster technical learning and adaptive development as a pillar of our practice.
