rs301 is a boutique multi-residential development in Fitzroy North Melbourne.
Working closely with our client JMSN Property and architects Warren & Mahoney Architects, our team designed the interiors for the 26 residences including a four bedroom penthouse with a wraparound terrace.
The design concept marries the nostalgia of classic Georgian composition with moments of raw, unexpected modernity and contemporary detailing. A palette of chalky ivory, warm oak and soft walnut is layered with muted greens reminiscent of a vintage oil landscape painting, adding depth and gentle variation.
