We're Hiring: Studio & Library Coordinator

Hybrid Admin Role

Reporting to the General Manager and Team Leaders, this hybrid admin role combines the responsibilities of a Studio and Library Co-ordinator supporting the daily rhythm of our busy interior design and architecture Practice. You’ll play a central role in managing our materials library, while ensuring the studio runs smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creating an inspiring, functional workplace environment for a creative team.

This is a full-time position on site in our Bondi Junction studio.

We're looking for someone...

• with a strong design aesthetic and passion for finely curated displays

• who has strong administration and organisational skills

• who is proactive, independent and shows initiative

• with an understanding of interior design processes, materials and terminology, plus a familiarity of sustainability practices
